Greetings- I have two desktops that have a problem with MyPhone showing that the status of the extension is on a call. We have a patched server (ver 10) and a patched install of MyPhone. I have rebooted the desktops and the server, but it doesn't seem to be updating the status of the extension. In the 3CX server console the status is reflected correctly if there is a call etc. We are running the free version at this point. Any thoghts on how to clear this? Is this a buggy app issue or are we doing something totally bone-headed? Thank you.
