Can someone tell me why we have certain users who---when they switch their MyPhone status to "Out of Office"---they are automatically switched to Available the next morning? This is a problem if the user is going to be gone for several days, such as a vacation. In 3CX Management Console, under Extensions-->Office Hours "Automatically Switch Office Hours Profiles" is unchecked. In 3cx MyPhone for the affected extensions, under Settings-->Extension details-->Actions all boxes are un-checked. It doesn't do this for all extensions. Some (such as mine) remain in the set status even after 24 hours. Can anyone advise what is going on to change these extension statuses automatically? We are using 3cx 11 sp4 Small Business edition.
