MyPhone "The current account has been disabled" or "blocked"

    If a user gets their login details wrong 3 times in the MyPhone login process they get the message that either their account has been blocked or disabled and to contact the administrator.
    How can the administrator un-block or enable this for the user?

    In 3cx management console select that extension, go to tab "Other", under the Extension options check the option "Disable Extension"

    Hello, I get this error on a new extension, but the "disabled" option is not marked on the extension. Any other suggestions on how to unblock the extension?

    Is that extension blacklisted in 3cx? In 3cx console -> Settings -> Security -> IP Blacklist

    We have the same problem. We installed mopre 3cx pbx, but fot the first time, we created a new extension, when we tried to login in the myphone, we get the error that the account has been disabled.
    In the settings everything is OK. The ip adress also not blacklisted.
