Need pfingo connection settings

    Hi all, I was searching all over google for a TAPI softphone which allows me to click-dial from Microsoft Outlook 2007 to a SIP service (pfingo in Singapore). .

    I cannot seem to get 3CX to work properly and need some help in the connection settings. I have no firewall during the settup so I know it is not a NAT forwarding problem.

    This is the settings given to me from pfingo
    Domain : sip.pfingo.com
    Account : the number pfingo gave me starting with 3..
    Password: My pin
    SIP Port : 5060


    When I set 3CX to use the headset, If I dial out of 3CX there is a dial tone. But right after that, something like 'server failure' flashed quickly then then the phone went back to 'On hook".

    If I use a phone to call my pfingo number, the 3CX rings, the status shows 'connected' but no sound at all

    I have click on/off the Stun/Tunnel/DTMF in various combinations and still no good.

    Where did I go wrong?
