    I have two 12 user boxes running. They are using grandstreams and have one telkom line, 3 Neotel/Samsung boxes and 4 sip lines. It is the Neotel boxes that are the problem, they are supposed to convert wireless to PSTN but clients complain that they hear hissing and popping, and some ask us not th keep pressing buttons. Some suppliers have blamed the Grandstream, other blame Neotel. I spoke to another PABX supplier in Joburg, he runs Neotel on stacks of boxes and has no problem. Could it be 3CX, or is it, as I suspect just a setup problem, between Grandstream and 3CX. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
