NetAppel, pbs

    Hello All, and thanks for all ... New to 3CX, thinking about using it in my very small company, I am testing it, and I have 1 pb:
    I have an account at Netappel, with a Did number.
    No pb to create an extension for me, then to register that account. If I check, everything is green, my extension and my voip line are green and registred ..
    From my extension, I dial my number, and I hear my phone ringing. Normal.
    From my phone, I dial my Netappel's number, I see my Voip receive the call, but my extension does not ring, does not move, and stay green.
    I check and check, everything seems normal :-(
