    NetSuite is a popular cloud based CRM/SFA application with service providers, online retailers, etc.. Bi-directional links with NetSuite could happen between browser and 3CX desktop app.

    Usage cases: NetSuite phone numbers in customer records would launch the 3CX dialer and book a voice call note, and inbound calls coming through the 3CX application would pull up customer records.
    Getting fancy, once we had 3CX to NetSuite links we could have the voice application designer collect a customer serial number, and pull up a specific part that needs support before engaging a support tech.

    3CX, you support SalesForce, as well as ACT! and Sugar, please consider providing CRM links for NetSuite and capture this market!

    Yes Tenfold is definitely a good option.

    An additional option is a script module we are about to launch for 3CX. This will run client side - we are converting the CRM integration modules to scripts and we will open source these . Based on the SugarCRm and Salesforce scripts it will be easy to adapt for Netsuite and we can probably assist via this forum.

    Its impossible for us to support all the CRMS out there but with the easy scripting module and support we hope to be able to involve the 3CX User Community....

    Thanks for the intel. We are looking forward to the client side script module and how we can integrate it into NetSuite
    This will facilitate much greater 3CX functionality for NetSuite based businesses.

    Props for continuing to innovate with your excellent VoIP platform.

    Netsuite is definitely one on our radar, i will include it on the poll! If they have a decent APi and we can get a test account its surely something we can do. Actually i know of companies that have already done the integration.... I wish to make a forum where we can exchange scripts and services for integration....

    With version 15 of the 3CX softclient out, has anyone in the community made any progress with scripts that launch CRM elements in NetSuite?

    We are still watching the evolution of 3CX and the integration with NetSuite. 3CX system is on a great trajectory, as exemplified with the latest round of solid improvements in V15.

    Worth noting that "NetSuite has helped over 30,000+ growing organizations...", and was recently acquired by Oracle [noting that the Ellison family already owned ~47% of the company, and were launch investors in 1998]. NetSuite marketing chants "TOMORROW'S BUSINESSES RUN NETSUITE TODAY" . We partner with 3CX in that we see the same vision echoed with the 3CX go-to-market.

    Facilitating integration between NetSuite and 3CX would capitalize on this forward thinking culture and accelerate market expansion.

    NetSuite is browser based, so the CallVia3CX Chrome Extension helps for outbound dialing for NetSuite users with 3CX softclients.

    Calls are not logged and inbound calls do not trigger a record pull-up in Netsuite of course, however it is a big step in the right direction.

    UPDATE: There is still no native link between 3CX and NetSuite, despite many other CRMs being supported.

    The only options are: write custom scripts for the desktop apps, or use pre-written third party applications. The latter option is effectively more expensive than 3CX itself.

    We will soon launch a CRM integration for the web client. If Netsuite has a REST API and you are able to work with them to identify the relevant REST API calls needed then it will be very easy to get Netsuite supported. Going forward it will be a simple XML based configuration. Of course all the configs of our currently supported CRMs will be included.

    You can also work with us on the forum then to troubleshoot it after you have configured the REST API calls.

    We're also interested in this integration. Had some calls/demos with Tenfold and while their product looks interesting, the pricing model (pay per user) is prohibitive and it would be a huge waste of money if this integration is in the works at 3CX. Any update on the status?

    For a moderate headcount, Tenfold's solution costs far more than 3CX-Professional itself.
    Tenfold has monthly recurring costs which are 25% to 75% of the cost of NetSuite per user license.
    3CX has noted that NetSuite is of interest, yet no progress has been made despite CRM plugins for a number of less popular platforms. The constant recommendation from 3CX is Tenfold which appears to be the only option on the market currently.

    For dealers positioning VoIP solutions, it would be worthwhile to discover if they use NetSuite for their backend--CRM, SFA, and/or ERP. If so you could be at a strategic and economic disadvantage until we get this NetSuite tie in resolved in a cost effective manner.

    Checking in on this-- NetSuite integration it has been on 3CX's radar for 2+ years now.
    Any headway on integration from 3CX to NetSuite? NetSuite is now owned by Oracle, so they are not showing signs of slowing down.

    Dev time investment made by 3CX would certainly yield sales growth for 3CX as it opens up usability by the whole NetSuite CRM/SFA/ERP community.
