New 3cx/Patton fault / bug

    Equipment: Patton 4114, 3 x Snom m3 handsets and 3cx pc. 2 x bt phone lines inbound and voip unlimited outbound.

    Found a new fault with 3cx/Patton. If a call comes in and you let it go onto voicemail and then another call comes in on the second line at the "same time" as 3cx is recording the first calls voicemail you lose one incoming line ! Every time someone calls you on the second line it will always be engaged until you reset the patton box. Can anyone provide a fix for this please???????????????

    Please let us know details of your SN4114. 4 FXO ports or 2 FXS 2 FXO? And post your existing config file here as well. It may help to solve your problem faster.

    If your SN4114 is 4 FXO. Have you shutdown the FXO port which PSTN line not connected?

    Please let us know details of your SN4114. 4 FXO ports or 2 FXS 2 FXO? And post your existing config file here as well. It may help to solve your problem faster.

    If your SN4114 is 4 FXO. Have you shutdown the FXO port which PSTN line not connected?

    4 FXO. All ports open. The two lines work fine until the following scenario "If a call comes in and you let it go onto voicemail and then another call comes in on the second line at the "same time" as 3cx is recording the first calls voicemail you lose one incoming line !     there seems to be a software bug which only kicks in when one line is recording voicemail and then the second line gets used ! Once both these calls have ended there is only one line until we reset patton or 3cx.

    - SN4114 debug log (ccfxo, call-control and call-router)
    - 3CX console log (Verbose Mode)

    Telnet to your SN4114 at command prompt type following command:
    1. enable then enter
    2. debug ccfxo then enter
    3. debug call-control then enter
    4. debug call-router then enter

    Please apply the latest patches that have been released last week. This should resolve this issue.
