Thanks for the contribution to 3cx development. Oh wait, you've contributed 10,000 other ideas, reports, concerns, and fixes to aid 3cx development already :lol: .
This sound very interesting and maybe is what I seek.
I'd like to reach the same results from my .net application for example create a panel that show me in real time the lines and extensions status, as shown in the "line status" page of 3CX management console.
Have you wrote something similar? Can you give me some suggestion of what can I do?
Can you tell me something more?
Are you able to connect to 3CX database and read line status using microsoft Access?
Where is the database and how can I connect to it?

so can you make a patch to export the records to simple database file in dos database format
(database IV,3,or foxbase)

it's small patch to export the new records into database 4 (dos)
a lot of community users need to test it
It's easy to open the database file in access
but I need to use it in dos format to integrate it into old dos software
I got your Access file.
I think the patch file is easier in compare with your utillity
it will help us (me ,Francesco and others) to integrate our software to 3CX data

to make the database 4 file uptodate with access file

What I would like to know, especially for call centers, will this be able to show call records of how many calls and the length of the call in a call report?
For example a call center of 20 employees want to see how many calls they are actually calling thru out the day, but dont need to see all the inbetween, will this tool pull that information?
IE: EXT Calls Total Calls

Had to change font sizes in the operator panel though because they were teeny tiny - I could barely read them. But I like the panel.
Love the program i would love to access this via my webhosting server is it possible is there any easy way to set this up as i want to be able to view this over three offices

Are you seeing any info coming from the 3CX server on parked calls? (you mentioned that you are seeing a "LOT" of info coming from the server - it would be interesting if you could expand on that to assess what is possible)
