New customer training

    Hi,

    Does anyone have a training package/You Tube links/3CX webpages or even some bullet points that they give out or run through with new customers for 3CX. This is just for training them on or even running them through before their new 3CX phone system goes live? A lot of the videos from 3CX are for deploying and setting up rather than end users.

    I'd also like to receive whatever training manuals you have - from the user point of view - as well. We purchased the Pro Edition for our call center.
