I don't know if this is possible but I'll throw it out there. I'm running into a small problem as I'll be rolling out 3cx systems to our various sites. Per the request of a site manager, some employees will not get voicemail, they supposed to always answer the phone and if they are not at their desk the call should hunt to someone in the group. At the same time, some people will get a desk-phone and yet others will receive only a soft-phone loaded on a device running Android. I'll reword the template as best as possible but it would be a big plus if it was more dynamic, for example, if someone does not get voicemail this section of the template would not display. If they are not allowed to have Web Client, or no access to Webmeeting, then those would not display. It would reduce confusion.
