    Hi all,

It'd be great if there was a shortcode that one could dial to seamlessly transfer calls between devices enabled for a person's extension.
EG: having a call in progress on a deskphone, start up smartphone client, dial a short code, and the call is immediately continued on the smartphone client, enabling the 3CX user to continue the call on their preferred device. This would be helpful for situations where a person uses a deskphone normally, but wishes to walk away with their smartphone to continue a call.

I think the only way to achieve this at the moment is to park a call and the retrieve the call on the desired device.

I use Blind Transfer back to my own extension and then pick it up on the other device. Not perfect, but I think faster than using parking codes. A supported method that is more seamless and does not send the remote call music on hold would be welcome.

Yes this feature would be a huge bonus, its a feature of Broadsoft, and Cisco is pushing it as well, most of the big providers in Canada use Broadsoft so this would be another thing we can use to gain market share and another objection squashed..

Yes, This is for me one of the most useful functionnality that could be developped. It's right, Tony, it works with Broadsoft, that should be great with 3CX...

I would rather have a button to push for this feature like other systems do and not a dial code. I Have used this feature a lot on an Avaya system where the call is twinned to my mobile phone and i can go to me desk phone and press the button and continue the call without the customer even knowing i have swapped devices.
