I've been working with Yealink regarding a fix for slow dialing when using 3cx software in CTI mode on Yealink T58 phones. So far so good as we have experienced no issues. You do have to backend into the phone and remove the provision URL otherwise 3cx will roll back to the latest version firmware support by 3cx.
