New Phone Templates Not Appearing

    I have version 11 SP4 and I cannot add new provisioning templates. If I modify an existing template through the Management Console and Save As another file, it does not show up in the dropdown list. If I manually create a .ph.xml file and place it in the C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Http\Templates\phones directory with the other templates, it does not show up from the dropdown list inside the console.
    I tried both modifying and creating new files and restarted the system but do not see the new templates. Anything else I can check?

    You need to change the information at the top of the provision file...

    I think it takes the name or the model field.
