    Hi,

I instal 3cx and it's seems to work perfectly but I have two questions:

Can I use my SPA9000 as a gatway to connect my analogue fax line and my fax ? if it's possiblle, could you telle me how ?

Even if I have no T38 gateway should I be able to receive fax if I set the line to answer call as fax ?

    thank you

Faxing is only available in the paid for version. If that is what you have then any incoming call using T.38 will be captured as a fax and either emailed to an account of your choosing or sent to an extension with a fax machine setup with an analog adapter.

Sorry but I am not specialist of the T38, if all the fax machine are not T38 compatible I probably can not use the 3cx as a fax reception.

To be very basic, I have a fax witch is epson CX11NF connect to an analogue PTT line and I have an SPA 9000 (I dont use it actually) and of course I have a 3cx registered.

How can I connecte the spa 9000 and set up to work with the 3CX, the fax and the analogue line ??

    Thanks for you help
