New User Evaluating System

    Hi,

    Does anybody know it the option to press * to go to the operator when leaving a voicemail can be removed and can the duration of a voice mail be limited.

    We are a very small company and have no need for the 'operator'

    Hi Neil,
    This option cannot be disabled, but you could customize prompt RECYAMSG (record_your_message.wav) to not state the option. Then have a dummy operator extension with terminate call in all forwarding rules cases, just in case one would push * anyway.

    Thanks for that.

    I've edited a copy of the file and cut the last part off so the voice used remains the same as all the others.

    I didn't realise that the time limit was already set to 120 seconds which is fine, our last system was 270 seconds and that's a lot of silence to listen to !!!!
