nexvortex-Supported provider error to 3cx IVR/VM

    it seems that nexvortex doesn't recognize or support our IVR/VM. i thought this provider was tested and support?

    this show incoming call to extension 1100. ext. 1100 is set to roll over to VM when not answered.

    Yes we had tested in the past with NexVortex and all was good. I tried again this morning to configure it and see if it works but it seems that I might have misplaced their login details. I will test this as soon as their support sends me the new login details to test with and will come back to you with an answer...

    thanks. please be sure to test with server 66.23.136.140. this is the one that new customers are assigned, you know apples for apples. also i would be more then happy to send you my account info. i have your email address, i'll send it.

    Hello sir

    I have tested this. It seems that NexVortex does invites/reinvites in a strange way that system doesn't handle. I checked with other providers and forwarding to IVR is not a problem. I have notified our engineers about this, and they will look into this and see it there is a way to fix this for future versions.

    I know am I quoting myself, its just to emphasize the problem is not really with Nexvortex although there is a reinvite send during the call establishment procedure which we don't usually get. The problem was that we were blocking re-invites during forwarding to DR because there was no reason to put someone on hold for example while listening to DR. So now it is fixed and we will post it soon on the website..

    So to whoever has this problem, please be a little patient and we will place this on the website soon.

    Any update?

    I have the same issue with BroadVoice.

    "Re-INVITE to IVR/VMail is not supported!"

    My version was 3.0.2328.0

    I rolled back to 3.0.1928.0

    This is nexvortex support. We do a REINVITE on outbound calling as part of the authentication challenge process. The only other REINVITE's we do are for call transfer, Music on Hold, Hold but that is initiated by the customer premise equipment and on T.38 negotiation after the call is setup. We keep call traces on ALL calls and very happy to get to the bottom of the problem. Just email us at support@nexvortex.com to setup a time to test.

    Seems that everything is working fine at the moment. We even added a template in our PBX to facilitate the configuration process for the end user.

    nexVortex template

    Hi nickybrg,

    Can you please verify one piece of the template, please? From some conversations I have had with customers, it seems that the proxy IP address in the template is incorrect.

    Our proxy IP address is 66.23.129.253. Can you please see that this is used as the default setting in the template?
