nexvortex-Supported provider error

    i configured the provider nexvortex as per the template (had to change the IP) and i get the following error on inbound calls.

    any ideas

    I FIGURED IT OUT, YEAHHHH.

    incoming calls will be rejected if routed to Digital Receptionist. WHY
