nginx service don't start after upgrade from v14 [solved]

    Hi,
    In Windows event log I found this

    Child process [5228 - C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\nginx\nginx.exe "-pC:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\nginx" ] finished with 1

    rollback to v14

    Trust me, verify that windows update it working and that you have ALL windows updates installed.

    I start Windows update on 2012 R2 (75 updates to install) and try v15 setup again tomorrow. I report back

    Yes please update your system first. Then reinstall again if problem still persist send me a pm so we can have a look.

    I had loads of issues with NGINX not starting due to SSL key not matching the certicate or the format of the certificate. Suggest you look at the NGINX error.log to see why it didn't start. Hope this helps...

    After applying all the Windows updates, I've removed v14 and install back v15 with success. Now nginx service working fine and I can access 3CX Web console.

    Thanks for updating us in regarding this, yes it is important that sometimes we maintain our systems with updates.
