Hello. I have set the no answer call duration to 20 seconds for one of my extensions, in an effort to extend the number of rings before the call is forwarded to voicemail. I can't find any reference to redirecting to 00 (Which it appears to be doing) Can anyone help or shed some light? Thanks!
