no audio channel using digital receptionist

    Try binding the extension to a media server, see if that works.

    Just to be sure....

    What you trying is use an extension in 3cx to call your PSTN line to listen to your digital receptionist.

    This can work but you have to make sure that the calls are setup on different sip ports.

    Als make sure you have your RTP ports configured correctly.

    thanks for your quick answer.

    ok, I checked "Bind to Media Server" for my PTSN Line and now it's works for all internal extensions when someone call me on this PTSN line. ;)
    but now when I try to pick up the call from an external extension( analogue phone plugged on the fxs of my voip gateway) I can hear but the guy can't hear me ..... ( it works between these extensions and my others internal extensions).


    I can't also phone outside using my ptsn line from any extensions ( but I can use my voip lines) maybe the problem is in my voip gateway configuration....

    I'm so close, to do what I want with this great software !!

    Because that is plugged in the ATA it is not going through the 3cx server.

    so yep, most likely it is your ATA config, what ata do you have.

    Try reboot the ata aswell.

    sorry I have been busy, I didn't get the time to work on my configuration.
