    Hi all,
I have a remote office with three Grandstream gxp285 phones connected to the 3cx pbx via proxy manager, on incoming calls I can hear and talk with no problems, on outgoing calls no voice in no way. The extensions are set to 'deliver audio on'.
in th 3cx activity log I can read:
    [MS105000] C:142.2: No RTP packets were received:remoteAddr=127.0.0.1:10188,extAddr=0.0.0.0,localAddr=127.0.0.1:7460

    can you please help?

The local 3CX system is indicating the voice packets are not being received.

Have you made all the proper adjustments to your firewall and have you run the firewall checker?

thank you for your reply but I know what 3cx is telling me, what I don't know is why.
I know that tunneling should solve all issues about port forwarding and firewalling, isn't it?.
Anyway I opened and forwarded ports from 5060 to 5490, 9000 to 9049, even if I suppose the only necessary port to be opend is 5090 (3cx tunnel) and the rtp stream should flow thru it once the tunnel connection is established.
I have static IP address on both sides of the tunnel, one vigor router on the remote side and one zywall5 on the server side.
Also have a couple of 3cx softphone connecting from elsewhere that works correctly using 3cx tunnel.
So I think that the problem may be on the client-remote-proxy side, what do you think about?

Tunneling will solve many issues but mostly for those locations that try and block SIP in the first place; hence why there still needs to be the tunneling ports open on the receive end.

The best bet is to get a wireshark capture. Using it, possibly at both ends, we can see where the RTP packets are being directed. You don't have more than one NIC installed anywhere on the same machine, do you?

Well, I was running the 3cx pbx on a virtual machine, so did you call me a question. Even if, as I just said, the 3cxPhone worked without any problem.
Just yesterday I installed the PBX on a physical machine but nothing changed, on outgoing calls I cannot hear voice and the activity log shows as follow:

this call is not working (outgoing from proxy->grandstream phone to 3cxphone)
