No audio from PSTN to SIP

    Hi,

    We have the 3CX configured with a Multitech MultiVoIP Gateway. Internal SIP clients work fine but remote clients can hear the PSTN side, PSTN side are able to hear the SIP client.

    I've configured the firewall to allow all traffic to and from the 3CXserver and the Gateway but the problem continues.

    Hello,
    use stun server for remote and 3cx server
    close the firewall during the test
    use dmz during test
