    Hi!

I am having problems with the audio (I do not hear anything) and I think is some kind of configuration issue of the router (A 3COM OfficeConnect Gigabit Firewall).

In the log of the 3CX I get the "no RTP Packets recieved" message (

I am trying now with the following configuration

What are the results of the 3CX firewall test? Are you having audio issues with "remote" extensions or with VoIP providers, or both?

I tried with the Firewall checker and I get exit message 2.

I have this problem with VOIP Providers. I haven't tried this with remote extensions.

I also have a SPA3102 gateway, and with that line, I do not have any problem.

I think a remote session would be a good idea on fixing this. PM me if you want this looking into.

Ok, i have tested 3CX Firewall checker and that reports ok.

However after doing some more checks, it would appear that your router is not accepting remote connections, I can confrim your port forwarding is all setup fine.

Please reset the router to its factory defaults and resetup port forwarding, if this does not work, please contact 3COM or try another router.

    I have reset my router.
I am configuring the different settings for the ports.
But I am still having the same problem. (But sometimes intermitent). So audio, every now and then.
