No Audio on Cisco 7940's?

    Afternoon All,

    spent a couple of hours this morning adding phones to what will be the new phone system in our office. A combination of Snom 300's (Dead easy to sort) and Cisco 7940's (HARD!).

    I have managed to get the Cisco's registering on the network, extensions can be dialled, calls can be recieved, however there's issues with audio - ie, there is none. for example:

    Snom 300 calls Cisco - Can't hear anything on the cisco, nothing can be heard on the snom. If you put the cisco on hold from the snom phone, you hear hold music on the cisco.

    its the same issue with cisco to cisco calls too.

    Any ideas?
