Hi All, I've recently had to change the IP on our 3CX server. I've gone through and changed the "parameters" in 3CX to reflect this. I've changed the various firewall rules to reflect this. 3CX firewall test says all OK. But I'm getting no audio on external calls. All was working fine before the IP change. here is wireshark from the server here is wireshark from the phone The one thing I find peculiar is that the phone isn't making the link direct to the external IP. I could be wrong, but I thought that's how 3CX works when "PBX delivers audio" is unchecked??? Any insights?
