No audio only on one side

    Since last Monday I have big problems with my 3CX.

    I have a virtual server with only a public ipv4 with only a 3cx installed. The version is v12.5.44178.1002.
    Since Monday I have no audio to some internal phones (Snom 760, 3CXPhone,...) for Example:

    The 3CX Firewall-Checker reports no problems. I have tried it with and without a stun-server.
    Sometimes it there is also no audio from external calls.

    Can anybody help me?

    We've had it on occasion that a phone/extension has a one-way audio problem. Restarting the phone has always resolved it for us. Sorry I can't be more help.

    This is related to firewall mappings being closed or kept open (stale).
    Check firewall rules
    Disable stun
    ensure you have a static public IP
