No audio Voice mail and external ext

    When i call 999 the call connects, but i can't hear any audio. Also i'm having a problem with external ext. Call will conect to external ext, but i only have 1 way audio ( I can hear external ext, but they can't hear me). I have opened all ports that i know of or that i can find on this forum.

    I have checked the option for "ext is external" and "bind to media server"

    Here are the ports i've opened:

    List of default ports used by the 3cx phonesystem:
    5060 (stanard sip port) TCP/UDP
    5061 (secondary sip port) TCP/UDP
    5480 (portgre) (only on local machine)
    5481 (apache) (only on local machine)
    5482 (media server) (only on local machine)
    3478 (STUN Server) TCP/UDP
    7000-7500 (Default port for internall calls) (only on local machine)
    9000 - 9003 (ports for external calls through VOIP Gateway) UDP
    10000-20000 (RTP ports) (Used if no stun available for audio)

    Please make sure that both side STUN server setting are proper and works fine.

    Both sides were using stu.c3x.com and stn2.c3x.com.

    I ran winstun, this was the result for both addresses

    Could not reach the stun server - check server name is correct
    Preserves port number
    Does not supports hairpin of media
    Public IP address: 0.0.0.0

    Do i need to use different stun servers? How is the best way to fix this error?

    If you unable to use stun.3cx.com to resolved your WAN IP at your region. Try the public stun servers listed as blow. You must in need to found one of them can be resolved your WAN IP.

    Public STUN servers
    stun.ekiga.net
    stun.fwdnet.net
    stun01.sipphone.com
    stun.softjoys.com
    stun.voipbuster.com
    stun.voxgratia.org
    stun.xten.com
    stun.sipgate.net:10000

    I will change stun servers ASAP.......External computer is down at the moment.

    Any Ideas about the voicemail problem. (call connects with no audio)

    Is the ext. your calling from the external, ore is it on your LAN?
    Check that the ports refered in your first post is allowed in your FW. (if you use any)

    ok.... i'v changed stun servers. i can get a ext to ext call (external to host) and hear two way audio. Still have a problem, when external ext calls outside it hears just dead air(no ring back, no audio).

    On the host phone, when i have use stun server checked x-lite will not accept calls........

    On the remote ext, when i have use stun server checked, i can call internal ext to ext, but no audio on outside calls. Here is the logs
