No Audio when taking a queue call

    Hi, We have one extension when entering a queue can not hear or send any audio.

    His DDI (direct dial) and other queue calls are fine., Its just this one queue he enters.

    No one else has this issue we have a cisco desk phone and peoples soft phones work fine. Any ideas please people.

    Ive search forums and gone through the settings and cant see anything.

    Any ideas???? He is connecting via a DEC Phone connected to a draytek router with SIP support. (please note that DDI and other queue calls are fine)

    Any help on this will be appriciated!

    I take it then, that this is a remote extension? Have you compared the 3Cx logs (verbose mode) for a call that works and one with no audio?

    Hi,

    Strange issue, what version of 3cx are you using, also can you compare the invite using wireshark ( if you know how to do this ). An issue where it only effects 1 specific queue is strange. Can you try and delete this queue and recreate it?
