No Audio

    Hi All. New to this forum. Just bought ver. 10 and I am having an issue with audio. Call is connected but no audio in either direction. I had ver 9 demo running and did not have this problem. Thoughts???

    define audio? is it to a digital receptionist or to an actuall phone. if it is to a DR i had an issure recently that i just had to re load the greeting files and it started to work again.

    if it is to an actuall call did the v9 demo rtp ports get changed and the new v10 put them back to default?

    I can make a call and pick it up from the myphone windows app. so call is connected but there is no audio between the parties. I did not check the RTP. Will check in a bit. But the demo version worked right out of the box. The V.10 seemed to work all phones registered and I can actually call the phone but I cannot talk because audio for some reason is not being sent in either direction.
