No audio

    Hello,

    I have just installed the 3cx system and got it all setup with the softphone. I configured it and connected to the server ok and can call other extensions and leave voice mails (I know this because I get the email with the voice mail and it also is noting the mail duration) although I hear no prompt to leave a message, I also try to call extension 999 and get no prompt at all just silance. I can hear the ring and dial tone fine...

    Am I doing something wrong? I have also checked in the properties to make sure the audio device were set correctly and they are both the same "Ringing Device & Playback Device"

    Thanks for any help! I am really looking forward to working with this system.

    Please disregard this post... I fixed the issue, it was a windows firewall thing!
