no call from IP Phone Thomson 2030

    I have 2 IP Phones Thomson 2030. I configured the user on the phone.
    the phone is registered properly on the PBX and receives all calls without problems.
    but I can not make any calls, not domestic ones.
    when I compose a number I get the message "Wrong Number"

    HELP ME!! :cry:
    this is a major problem for me,
    I rated this PBX to buy, but I have to solve this problem because I have 5 phones equal

    How is your outbound rule currently setup?

    yes the rule for outbound is ok and with the softphone I call without the problem.

    with the Thomson I can even call the internal numbers

    These phones are not supported for use with 3CX, so if you insist on using these phones its best to look for another PBX solution.

    why should I change the PBX?

    I banged my head but I solved the problem!

    must reset the phone to factory state, updated firmware, configured the user and everything is solved!
