No Call log entry when busy?

    Hey!

    When I am talking on the phone and my rule says: "End call when busy" then other callers will get a busy tone. nice so far.
    But I would like to see those calls in ym call log. But there are no entries....

    Is this correct? or is it a bug?

    Hi Marius,
    Few assumptions before answering this question -
    -You used 3CX softphone clients, either windows or andoird or IOS
    -3CX phone system version is 15.5

    For the answer, a quick recreate of the scenario confirmed that call is successfully logged in missed call tab on the softphone.

    Windows Client. Mixed softphone and cti.
