No Caller ID Name on SPA508G

    Have been using Grandstream GXP2120 phones. Installing Cisco SPA508G phones in same place, same extension number. The Grandstream phones display the caller's phone number and the caller's name, the Cisco SPA508G phones only display the caller's number and the Ring Group name. Is that a phone setting?

    I believe the group name is eating your caller ID name

    Go to general/global options un-check Add Queue, Group and ID names to Caller ID and retest.
