No changes made, no extensions now regsiter

Working awesome for months; suddenly none of the extensions register. No changes were made to the configuration. Trying 3cx softphone the result is:
Attempting to connect [--deleted by me--]
Using network interface 127.0.0.1
Phone got as local port 54214
RTP engine OK
SIP engine OK
Sound mic device OK
Sound ring device OK
Sound play device OK
Phone is sending STUN request
Phone connection failed, server not responding

Looking at server logs, no registration attempts are shown for my extensions (100, 101, 102, 103). Firewall test passes. Same problem if I shut off the firewall on the server. All extensions were working fine until last week. One extension became unregistered and wouldn't register. Then a day later the others became unregistered. Has this happened to anyone else? Is my ISP suddenly blocking some ports as of last week? I can't figure out what has changed on the network.

I don't see any "real" IP addresses in the logs, just 127.0.0.1, that's a bit of a concern.
Do your sets each have a fixed IP? Could there be a network problem, can you unplug a set and plug in a PC and PING the 3CX IP? Maybe a router or switch problem?
