Hello,

I spend lot of time to find the response to my problems on the internet, without success.
I rent a VPS with Windows 2012 Std where I installed 3cx phone system.
The Windows's Firewall is done in these test session because my VPS is protected by a hardware firewall where I opened ports 5060 and 5090 TCP and UDP (INPUT), I let also the 5060 opened in OUTPUT but I can deleted it, only 9000 ports can be configured in Output. I opened ports from 9000 to 9007 (I'm limited to 20 others free ports to configure on the firewall), so I will be limited to 4 simultaneous calls, enough for us, and too much for the test version.

Firewall test is OK, green for all lines.

Here is the two logs that come when I try to connect my 3CX phone client on my Iphone, thanks to help me to configure 3CX (maybe the server of firewall) in order to be able to test 3CX:

10.0.0.41 is the local IP address of the server and 185.7.214.48 the Public IP.

Check your extension config.. by default you cannot register an extension outside of the LAN.. and you run it on a VPS, you have no LAN really..

Same thing when I set it up on an Amazon instance.. it is common.

Thank you Ian,

You help me to search more in the extension options.
In the French interface, the label is cutted, so you can just read "Unabled the recording of this extension outside".
When you put the mouse cursor on the Hint link, you can read the end "of the LAN network", rrrhrr.
They have to pay attention with the show labels, with all the options of this fabulous software.

That's crazy, extensions are connected, VoIp provider too, and when I call the number, 3cx system doesn't receive the call.
My configuration was perfectly working two years before, my problem was just to authorize extention to be logged on the 3cx server. Now it's working, 3cx doesn't respond to call.
I configure my Fritzbox like an extension in 3cx, in this way, we can continue to send call through the 3CX system who will record them.
I tried with and with or without STUN started in network parameters, 3cx system doesn't receive the calls. I tried from two providers who was already working before, same problem. I can just call between the extension, but from Iphone 3cx phone application to extension of the Fritzbox. From Fritzbox extension (correctly registered on the 3cx server) to my Iphone, it is not working.
Do you have an idea ?
