No Contacts or Presence

    Hi,

    I have installed the 3CX server 15.5 in our test environment, which I access using remote desktop.
    Now, I have installed a 3cx client on the same environment which seems to work fine without any issues.
    I have also installed a 3cx client on the laptop which I use for accessing the 3CX server, but somehow the client doesn't show contacts or presence.
    it shows an error like "3CX Phone for Windows can't connect to Web API"
    can someone let me know what could be the possible reasons and what all I have to do?

    You can also try capturing the traffic with Wireshark (or tcpdump on Linux) to see whether traffic reaches the PBX on ports 5000 or 5001 tcp.
