No create ring group after upgrade version 3.1 2295

    what do you mean exactly "No possible valid extension in the ring group in version 3.1 2295"

    Can you explain so I can help you?What are you trying to do, and what doesn't work?

    Sir, can you please go to START/RUN/services.msc

    restart 6 services of 3cx phone system

    After you restart please try and create the ring group. After it fails go to your 3cx management console and go to General/Support and generate support info.

    Please send me this info at my email and I will look at it.

    From what version did you upgrade to 2295?

    Up grade at version 3.0.1928.0 to v3.1 2295

    Hello sir, I think the issue was with the old database of version 1928. Please try and backup the existing configuration you have on version 2295, and restore it again on the same 2295 version. This should clear up the database and hopefully fix any problems.

    Let me know if this fixes the problem.

    Should we get some common understanding on what version is what?

    Is there a
    ?

    Or should it be v3.0.2328.0 ?

    Now I am confused.

    Backup and restore data base on version 2295. The problem persite
