No CTI after upgrade to sp3

    Anybody else having this problem?
    With Grandstream GXP-2124 (fw 5.32 which made CTI work on v12) after upgrading to sp3 CTI stopped working.

    ... tried reregister, reboot, and reprovision; No luck.

    Essentially, sp3 rendered 3CXPhone useless.
    Partner support ticket is opened pending reply...

    Hi David,

    SP3 is not released yet so you cannot be on SP3, what you should be on is SP2. What you can do to see whats wrong is:

    1. Log in to the 3CX Management Console and update your firmware by going to the Phones node>> Select your phone and then Click on "Upgrade Firmware.
    2. Check the status of your Grandstream templates by going to Settings>> Phone Provisioning>> Templates
    3. Upgrade your templates by going to 3CX Phone System Updates, Selecting your templates and then click on "Download Selected".
    4. Reset your phones back to factory status and then try to reprovision them again and use CTI.
