No Dial Tone - Dialing out

    We have a slight issue where sometimes when dialing out, the user doesn't get a Dial Tone, have tried another headset the only way to fix this is to reboot her PC, but this is not always the best case, anyone got any ideas

    Client is using
    intel NUC
    Intel Celeron 2.15GHz
    4GB RAM
    Windows 10 Pro
    Headset is a BT42

    Anyone got any ideas what it could be? have unplugged the USB headset and back in still not working

    Hi ,

    I would check that the Operating System is completely updated and if there are new versions of drivers related to USB. Check the motherboard manufacturer website and look there if there are any updates.

    Does this headset work fine in other machine ?. The result of this test can be helpful in order to determine where you can have the issue.
