Hi, One of our V14 installations are missing their Extension History. If they answer a call from a call queue, they cant see the call in their 3cx Softphone History. I just tried to test it on our v15, and on this, i can see the call in the history. I've checked Group rights, Queue settings and Extension Settings.. Nothing seems to be the problem However, i must be missing something - Any Ideas? Yours Sincerely Morten Jorgensen.
