Solved No inbound or outbound calls after reboot.

    The only issue I see in the log is the following ParseException.
    The systems is Version: 15.5.0.3849 with a Yealink T42G

    The only reason I rebooted was because of constant backup failure due to "too many conections" for the SQL DB. Calls worked, the backup had stopped. Once I rebooted the backups work again but no more calls.

    I read through that and I don't see that a conclusion was reached. In this case it is a supported provider, Vitelity. Since the issue wasn't exhibited prior to the reboot I would anticipate some sort of data corruption but I have no idea where to look.

    A restore from the last weekly backup corrected the issue.
