    Hi,
    Ive just installed 3CX Phone System v3.0.1928.0
    with 3 internal extensions. They can call each other fine.
    I have an iinet.com.au VoIP service which ive added as a VoIP gateway.
    The status page shows extensions Registered (Idle) and VoIP Line as Registered (Idle).
    From my log
    Code:
    11:44:00.187  	ClientRegs::onSuccess  	Registration of sip:0280120413@sip.nsw.iinet.net.au is successful
    11:43:59.890 	ExtLine::Register 	Send registration for "0280120413"<sip:0280120413@sip.nsw.iinet.net.au>
    11:43:59.890 ExtLine::Register Use External IP for device line registration DN='10000' device='iinet'
    11:43:59.578 	StunClient::process 	STUN resolved external IP=124.168.7.221:51505 by server 194.221.62.209
    but when i go to make an external call using the 3CX softphone (outbound dialing rules are default with 0)
    Code:
    11:32:50.328  	CallConf::Rejected  	Call(C:6) is rejected: Forbidden
    11:32:50.328 	StratInOut::onCancel 	Call(C:6): Call from Ext.222 to 98491985 terminated; reason: Forbidden
    11:32:49.296 	CallConf::onIncoming 	Call(C:6): Incoming call from Ext.222 to sip:098491985@192.168.0.2

    And when i try into 3cx from external nothing appears on the logs at all.
    I have set 3CX softphone to directly register with iinet and inbound/outbound works.
    So im thinking this is a NAT issue.
    Ive forwarded
    udp 5060
    udp 9000-9003
    udp 3478
    all to 192.168.0.2 (3CX server).

    Ive rebooted PC and rebooted router.
    What should i try next?

    Open Advanced options for your VoIP gateway and check section "Caller-ID is in 'user' part of (one of following):". It looks like your provider can not identify your account.

    i changed
    Code:
    Caller-ID is in 'user' part of (one of following):
    to
    Code:
    'To' field
    and now i can call out!!!

    But i still cant call in.
    I went through all of
    Code:
    Called-Number (for inbound calls) is in:
    'From' field
    'To.user' field
    'Request-Line-URI.user' field
    'Contact' field
    'RemotePartyID;party=called' field
    but still nothing. No logs in the status page either

    If you have no entries in log on inbound calls - it means that your firewall/NAT doesn't pass incoming invite to the PBX. Try to set it up to have static mapping to your PBX IP:5060
