No Inbound Voice on Patton 4112

    I have a 3CX system which has one phone (Yealink T26) and a Patton Smartnode 4112 at a branch office connected by VPN. After working perfectly for 6 months, there is no longer a speech path inbound from the caller. I have replaced the Smartnode 4112 and still no audio inbound. The VPN has been verified working. The phone can call other phones at other offices and there is no problem. However, there is no inbound audio from this smartnode to any phone on the 3CX system. As a test, I installed a standalone 3CX on the same LAN as the Smartnode and the phone and it behaves the same way. Does anyone have any suggestions?
