No incoming audio on local extension (Snom 300)

    Hi guys,

    As the title suggests, I have a Snom 300 running locally on the network which is registering fine, outgoing audio from the phone is fine, but no incoming audio. I'd expect issues like this on an external extension. But locally on the network? I'm stumped! Just to be sure I've followed the tutorial on this site for Snom 300 but no luck.

    Any ideas?

    try turning off any software firewall on the 3CX PC / Server and try a test call again.

    Hi there,

    thanks for the quick reply. Have tried this and still same issue. I should've pointed out, I already have many phones running fine on the network (Snom M9, Cisco7940's, Polycoms etc). Any other ideas?

    factory reset the phone to defaults and setup again.

    also ensure the phone is on the latest supported firmware.
