no incoming calls

    Hi y'all,

    I'm new to 3cx and new to this forum. I managed to install de softphone of 3cx and outgoing calls are no problem. I cannot seem to get any incoming calls, though. By the way, English is not my native language and I'm not that familiar to technical terminology. I hope somebody can help me, for I don't know what settings I have to make to solve this and I don't know how.

    You will need to provide some additional information.....

    The type of "outside" provider you are using (VoIP, PSTN gateway, etc.)

    Did you check the 3Cx logs? Any sign of incoming calls, any errors?

    Have you run the 3CX firewall checker? Did it pass?

    Did you "send" incoming calls to the proper destination (extension?)
