No incoming number MV-370 *** solved ***

    Hello,

    since the last firmware update of our Portech MV-370 we receive instead of the incoming number the line ID (10006) on the phone display.
    Tried couple of parameters without any success. Here the log:

    Hi,

    have you tried to look at the set up in Portech in section MOBILE SETTING --> Sip from. I remember changing this parameter and haveing diferent caller ID combinations at the end.

    Hello Jirka,

    thanks for reply, worked perfect, the setting had to be in Mobile / Settings: User / User (Standard)
    We tried on the wrong point in the config of the 3CX.

    Strange, we have recieved an MV-372, i have also the problem that the inbound caller ID is the line number from 3cx,
    i can see the original number in the invite:

    l but when i change the SIP From to User/User (standard) i get an invite whithout the number.
