No Incomming Call via SIP Proxy manager

Hi,
One site I installed the 3CX phone system and remote site I have installed the 3CX proxy manger. On remote site I configured linksys PAP2T via locally insallted 3CX Proxy Manager. I open the necessary port on main site. Now I can able to make outgoing call via phone located on remote site via PAP2T through Proxy manager but I am not able to received the call from other phones to phone connected via PAP2T through proxy manger. It's gives the below error in error log.

Why only outgoing is working while incomming is not working?

In Log shows that the phone is rinning but on phone nothing and during that time i get the ring tone but no incomming ring?

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Banno,

Do you have some kind of router that might be blocking the port for whatever reason on the tunnel side, if so could you stop it whilst you try the test again, If it is still failing a wireshark capture will be necessary on both the proxy and the PBX side.
