I have a 3CX server running at the office (not at location of phones). I have connected 4 phones and 2 mobiles fine, show up and linked established etc. They are in ring groups and linked with a sipgate account.. all ring and can answer no problem. I cant seem to make internal calls (eg. 100, 101 or voicemail etc) or to external numbers. I have tried looking through out the config and just cant find what I need to set. When a call is going to be made internal or external via phone (All are Cisco IP Phone 7940 Series) it goes to make the call but a message of 'reorder' appears and hangs up. Any ideas?
