NO MIC AUDIO for outbound calls

    Hi

    Systems has been working perfectly until today. NO CHANGES WERE MADE AT ALL SOFTWARE WISE, BUT SYSTEMS SEEMED TO HAVE REBOOTED OVERNIGHT. System was up but 3cx Services were all not started. Restarted them and when they were up, we rebooted the system. Everything came up fine.

    However, on OUTBOUND Calls there is NO MIC. Invound call work perfectly including the MIC.

    Have since rebooted the system 3 times just in case.

    Any assistance would be most appreciated.

    It looks like a NAT/firewall issue. Check your router.
    Try wireshark.

    Nothing has changed on the both the Router and the Microsoft XP firewall (disabled). I usually don't change the configuration on the router often (last configuration change done 5 months ago) but I did reboot the router twice since your post and also restored from my last backup of the configuration. No difference.

    Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
